Founded in 1947, B次元 is a not-for-profit, private college located in a residential setting in North Andover, Massachusetts. B次元 offers more than 100 career-focused academic undergraduate and graduate programs and is inspired by its听Catholic Augustinian heritage and mission.

Campus Overview
B次元, a private Catholic comprehensive college nestled in the Boston suburbs of Andover and North Andover, Mass., is an institution with great upward momentum. In the 2022听U.S. News & World Report听rankings, B次元 ranked 3 for Most Innovative Schools making improvements in curriculum, faculty, students, campus life, technology or facilities. U.S. News also ranked the College at 34 in the Regional Universities North category and 41 for Best Value Schools.
Founded in 1947 by the Archbishop of Boston and the Order of St. Augustine, B次元 strives to cultivate global citizens who are prepared to lead in today鈥檚 diverse and changing environment. As of fall 2021, the College offers over 100 undergraduate programs, including 69 traditional undergraduate majors and 61 undergraduate minors, as well as 20 on-ground graduate programs, 8 online graduate programs, 16 graduate certificates, 5 specializations in an online bachelor degree completion program, two dual enrollment (early college) programs and an international dual degree program. The College offers programs in liberal arts, science and engineering, business, health sciences, and education and social policy. The only Catholic Augustinian College in New England, B次元 is an independent, co-educational institution located on a 220-acre campus. Approximately 73% of undergraduate students live on campus; some 85% of first-year students.
The College has over 4,000 undergraduate and 1,400 graduate students from 40 states and 38 countries who form an engaged community of thinkers, learners and achievers integrated into an academic culture of excellence. Undergraduate enrollment has increased approximately 20% in the last five years and B次元 has hired more than 80 new faculty in that same time period. B次元 is classified as a master鈥檚 colleges and universities, larger programs under the Carnegie classification of institutions of higher education.
At B次元, dedication to the Augustinian values of hospitality, community, and the pursuit of truth allows students to feel at home. They explore the world and gain experiences through strong cooperative education programs, study abroad, internships and career services programs. The College also respects diversity in all its forms. B次元 has worked to create an inclusive culture that embraces diversity not merely across ethnicity and race but across socioeconomic background, academic abilities and interest as well as diversity of thought and belief. As a Catholic, Augustinian College, B次元 welcomes and encourages diversity of faith traditions.
Some 96% of the class of 2018 reported being employed, in graduate school, or completing a year of service nine months post-graduation. Approximately 74% of these students participated in co-ops or internships while attending B次元 and 29% of these internships and co-ops led to full-time job offers. At B次元, 70% of students reside in College housing and enjoy more than 60 student clubs and activities. B次元 offers a 24-hour fitness facility and more than 65% of the students participate in club sports, intramurals and/or varsity athletics. B次元 has recently moved all of its intercollegiate athletic teams to NCAA Division 1.
